How long will it take for the order to reach me??

Please refer the policy page, for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 3-10 days for domestic orders and 30-70 days for international orders to reach you.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at support@meerasatrium.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Same procedure is followed for international orders.

What is your pre-order procedure ? or Can I wholesale order ?

Selected items not in our stock can be pre ordered. You can find preorder tab and select your preferred sizes and quantities. If you pre-order 10 numbers and above will get a discount of 15% (wholesale price). Pre ordered items will be shipped in 3 to 5 weeks. Fabrics print design may slightly vary for pre ordered items. You have "pre-order" and "in-stock" order items in the same cart. Shipment of your "in-stock" order items may be delayed due to "pre-order" items. To ensure faster delivery of your "in-stock" items, we recommend making two separate orders, one for your "pre-order" items and one for your "in-stock" items.
