Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled until the order is dispatched, applicable only to non pre-order products. Orders with pre-order products can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order. Please call us on +91 9567870403 or email us at meerasatrium@gmail.com to cancel your order. If the order is shipped, we can not cancel the order. In case you reject a COD order, we will not be able to offer you COD service for any subsequent order. Currently we don't have COD.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not offer exchanges. In case you want to return or exchange a product, please contact with us by email and send it to our contact address. We encourage you to go ahead and place a new order for a different size. Destination country import taxes, duties & charges are not refundable.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. Refund will be process between 4 to 5 bank working days.
